Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. 4. Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
