Returns & Refunds Policy

 

1. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

    • Frozen or chilled items

    • Any food products that have been opened, unsealed, or are not in their original condition

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g. wrong or damaged goods).

5. How to Request Help

  • Email us at info.uk@prince-foods.com with your order number, details, and photos where applicable.

  • Our customer care team will guide you through the process.

6. Exceptions

  • Promotional or free items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds may be refused if goods do not meet the above criteria.
