1. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.
2. Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Frozen or chilled items

Any food products that have been opened, unsealed, or are not in their original condition

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us (e.g. wrong or damaged goods).
